On ne peut attendre des \u00e9l\u00e8ves qu'ils r\u00e9alisent leur potentiel dans un environnement o\u00f9 ils se sentent peu s\u00fbrs d'eux et intimid\u00e9s. L'objectif est de d\u00e9finir des mesures de pr\u00e9vention et des m\u00e9thodes d'intervention en cas d'incidents d'intimidation et\/ou de violence, en s'appuyant sur neuf \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels :<\/p><ul><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 1 : Analyse de l'\u00e9cole<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 2 : Mesures de pr\u00e9vention<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 3 : collaboration avec les familles<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 4 : Proc\u00e9dures de notification<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 5 : Protocole d'intervention<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 6 : Mesures de confidentialit\u00e9<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 7 : Mesures de soutien<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 8 : Actions disciplinaires<\/li><li>\u00c9l\u00e9ment 9 : Suivi des plaintes<\/li><\/ul><p>Le plan d'action ABAV de chaque \u00e9cole est disponible sur son site web respectif.<\/p><p>Note : en tant qu'institution \u00e9ducative, la Commission scolaire English-Montr\u00e9al privil\u00e9gie les pratiques de rem\u00e9diation ax\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration et les approches r\u00e9paratrices, plut\u00f4t que de s'appuyer principalement sur les cons\u00e9quences disciplinaires.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-7262\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-7262\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Comment le plan d'action de l'ABAV est-il \u00e9labor\u00e9 ?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-7262\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7262\"><p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, l'\u00e9cole r\u00e9unit un comit\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rents membres du personnel afin de d\u00e9finir des mesures de pr\u00e9vention bas\u00e9es sur les priorit\u00e9s identifi\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite d'une analyse de la situation li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'intimidation et\/ou \u00e0 la violence.<\/p><p>Le comit\u00e9 de l'ABAV proc\u00e8de \u00e9galement \u00e0 un examen annuel des mesures de pr\u00e9vention mises en \u0153uvre tout au long de l'ann\u00e9e pour assurer le maintien d'un environnement scolaire s\u00fbr.<\/p><p>Le plan d'action de l'ABAV doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par le conseil d'administration de l'\u00e9cole.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-7263\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-7263\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">D\u00e9finitions<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-7263\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7263\"><p><strong>INTIMIDATION :<\/strong> Tout comportement, commentaire, acte ou geste r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, direct ou indirect, d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 ou non, y compris dans le cyberespace, qui se produit dans un contexte de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de pouvoir entre les personnes concern\u00e9es et qui cause de la d\u00e9tresse et blesse, opprime, intimide ou ostracise.<br \/>S. 13(1.1) EA<\/p><p><strong>VIOLENCE :<\/strong> Toute d\u00e9monstration intentionnelle de force verbale, \u00e9crite, physique, psychologique ou sexuelle qui provoque une d\u00e9tresse et blesse, heurte ou opprime une personne en s'attaquant \u00e0 son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 son bien-\u00eatre psychologique ou physique, ou \u00e0 ses droits ou \u00e0 ses biens.<br \/>S. 13(1.1) EA<\/p><p><strong>VIOLENCES SEXUELLES :<\/strong> Toute forme de violence commise par le biais de pratiques sexuelles ou en ciblant la sexualit\u00e9, y compris l'agression sexuelle. Il s'agit \u00e9galement de toute autre inconduite, y compris celle li\u00e9e \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 sexuelle et de genre, sous des formes telles que des gestes, commentaires, comportements ou attitudes non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s, directs ou indirects, \u00e0 connotation sexuelle, y compris par des moyens technologiques.<br \/>C. 32 (a.1) P-22.1<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-7264\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-7264\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Plaintes<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-7264\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7264\"><p>Un incident de harc\u00e8lement et\/ou de violence peut \u00eatre signal\u00e9 verbalement ou par \u00e9crit \u00e0 n'importe quel membre du personnel de l'\u00e9cole.
