Il vise \u00e0 favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement global de tous les enfants et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre des interventions pr\u00e9ventives pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins. Ce programme prescriptif constitue la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence p\u00e9dagogique et vise \u00e0 assurer la qualit\u00e9 \u00e9ducative.
